With 10 year’s of experience, Dayna is a hardworking, resourceful, passionate, experienced, and highly motivated marketing professional. In addition to integrated marketing, Dayna excels in a variety of verticals including but not limited to brand strategy, creative development, digital marketing, email marketing, special events, grassroots marketing, business development, and more.
Outside of the world of work, Dayna loves fitness, cooking, her kids (one human and one furry), and traveling with her family. She recently picked up pickleball, which is quickly becoming a weekly hobby. Meet her on the courts, or strolling outside with her daughter, Miley!
Lexie Schmelzer | Marketing Coordinator
With a background in Hospitality and Real Estate, Lexie brings a client focused mindset and a creative edge to her role as Marketing Coordinator. Over the past few years, she has successfully transitioned into Marketing, finding it to be a natural fit that combines her passion for people with a sharp eye for detail, event planning, and brand storytelling. She supports a wide range of marketing initiatives, from content creation to campaign strategy and everything in between.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find her out on a trail with her dogs, Gibson and Ryder, floating on a lake, cooking up something new in the kitchen, or catching a good live band with friends. She’s always up for a hike, a lakeside sunset, or a night of great music and even better company.
Sara Early | Loan Manager
Sara has been originating and processing mortgage loans for over eight years. She focuses on communication and efficiency, while also helping to make the mortgage world a less complicated one for our buyers. She has a true love for all things real estate, number crunching, and weirdly enjoys paperwork. At the same time as being a Loan Manager, Sara is also a Loan Officer in North Carolina where she lives with her family.
Sara loves being a Mom to her five-year-old Sam and two-year-old Eloise. She also has a rescue pup, Stevie, and a wonderful husband, Dawson. She loves to cook and has been to at least twelve John Mayer concerts in her lifetime. Sara is sure to help guide you through your home-buying process and get you to closing.
